Delete Files from your PC without a trace

Perhaps it will seem incredible, but when you delete a file through the Windows Recycle Bin , the file is not actually removed from the PC. In fact, until the space on the hard drive that contains the removed data is not overwritten, they are easily recoverable through special programs.

If you want to be sure that nobody can recover your deleted files, you can use the free program Eraser , which overwrites data several times removed, to prevent the recovery. Brilliant and easy to use at the same time.

The first step you need to do is, of course, to connect the Eraser website and click on the blue button Download . On the page that opens, click on the blue button Download located next to Eraser 5.86a and then EraserSetup32.exe (or EraserSetup64.exe , if you use an operating system 64-bit), for download it.

A download is complete open, double clicking on it, the file you just downloaded ( EraserSetup32.exe ) to start the installation program. In window that appears, click Next , then accept the license to use by placing a check mark on I accept the terms of the license agreement , click Next for five consecutive times, then click the Finish , to finish the installation process.

To permanently delete a file from your PC, click on it with the right mouse button and select the Erase the menu that pops up. Easy, right?
